One person counts once.
A billable seat is one enabled person identified by normalized email. Paging and console access under that email count as one seat. Seat changes are reconciled hourly and appear as invoice prorations.
Shared SMS allowances
On Team and Business, 250 credits per seat contribute to one workspace pool. A responder is not limited to a personal quota.
Workspace voice allowances
Team includes 30 voice credits and Business 80 per month across the workspace. SMS and voice balances are separate.
Included channels
Push and email do not consume SMS or voice credits. Destination eligibility, provider availability, and published safety budgets still apply.

Component limits apply to each page. Subscriber limits count distinct confirmed email addresses across the workspace. Invited external viewers do not become billable seats.

Branding
Team, Business, and Enterprise can hide WarnFire branding. Trial retains it.
Custom domains
Business and Enterprise include custom private status-page hostnames. Enterprise page and component limits can be set by contract.
Add credits when you choose.
Included monthly credits are used before prepaid credits for the same channel. Optional auto-recharge uses your selected pack and is limited to two purchase attempts per channel in a rolling 24 hours.

Incoming alerts and paid sends have separate limits.
Fresh trigger limits apply per integration key. Paid-send velocity applies to the workspace. Acknowledgement, resolution, and recognized idempotent retries do not consume fresh-trigger slots.
